Responsibility for your Strata lot unit:
Owners are responsible for any damage caused to the exterior of their unit. Damage, for example, caused by barbecues placed too close to a deck or siding must be paid for by the current owner, regardless of when the damage occurred. Dents to garage doors, accidents causing harm to siding or damage to garden sprinklers and so on, must be repaired by the Strata Council, but will be paid for by the unit owner.
