Sprinkler System Coordinator

Under the Landscaping portfolio, this position is a hybrid volunteer and paid position. The volunteer part is helping other owners with the system, checking out reports of maintenance required and taking care of minor tweaks. Although this is a volunteer position, the Coordinator will be paid for organizing and leading the system’s spring start-up and fall shutdown work party days, and whenever the Coordinator is required to carry out repairs to the system. Note: all expenditures must be approved by the Landscaping Coordinator.

Duties

Managing the sprinkler system, including:

Organizing the spring start up and fall irrigation blowout volunteer days.
Setting strata system’s watering timers.
Assisting owners with their sprinkler system timers.
Repairs to the system itself.
