Maintenance Team of Volunteers

Lighthouse Landing Estates is made up of 15 buildings / 30 duplex units, therefore Maintenance is a big part of the strata’s operations and budget. The Maintenance Team is made up of owners who are interested in volunteering their time and efforts to assist the Maintenance Coordinator with projects throughout the strata.

Areas of need

We need Maintenance Volunteers to assist with various projects, such as:

Installation of door window inserts.
Strata fencing.
In preparation for snow removal, installation of stakes marking the fire lanes, grassed areas and storm drains.
Assist with ongoing maintenance tasks, as required.
