LLE Bylaws, Rules, Policies and Incorporation
At our August 2022 AGM, the Owners, VIS5801 voted to replace existing Bylaws with a new set. The new Bylaws were successfully filed in October 2022. In November 2022, the Government of British Columbia made changes to rental laws rendering some of our bylaws unenforceable. At the August 2023 AGM, a resolution was passed to amend our Bylaws to stay in keeping with the law. Here is an updated version of the current Consolidated Bylaws:

All Bylaw complaints and concerns must be made in writing and given to the Bylaw Officer. Concerns will be handled in a timely and objective manner by the Officer and Council.
