Waste Water Management Committee Representative
Prerequisites:
Diverse knowledge encompassing the septic system and capable of identifying, prioritizing, delegating and coordinating tasks would be beneficial in this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaison between the Waste Water Management Committee (WWMC) and Strata Council.
Duties Include:
- Prepare monthly reports and attend monthly Council meetings.
- Assist in the management of our System Contractor.
- Review and approve Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) invoices and submit invoices to the Treasurer.
- Oversee all aspects of the Septic System as outlined in Septic System requirements and coordinate activities of Septic System volunteers in management of such duties as required to maintain system in efficient operational condition.
- Work with Waste Water Management Committee to prepare an annual WWTP budget.
- Write an annual report on WWM for the AGM.
