REVISED:   Election Advertising Signage

It has been brought to Council’s attention by one of our owners, who has kindly done further research into the matter, that the Canada Elections Act, which supersedes our strata by-laws, states that individuals in a condominium (strata) may not be prohibited from displaying election advertising posters on the premises of his/her strata lot.

Therefore, please disregard the notice that was sent out yesterday on this matter.
