Hi all. I am canvassing for a volunteer, volunteers to remove the guard fencing around the newly seeded areas beside unit # 7 and down by the maint. shed. The poles can be returned to John, unit # 24. Please let me know. Keith, Landscaping.
Final fall landscaping
Dan and Mike from Jim’s Mowing will be here one day next week to do the final cleanup for the year. If anyone has any clippings etc. please have them at the regular site after Sunday November 18 and Dan will take them.

On November 1st your monthly strata fees were scheduled to be debited from your bank accounts and deposited into the Strata’s Coast Capital Savings bank account, however, our bank made an error and credited everyone’s personal bank accounts instead. This error has now been reversed. The bank is very apologetic …
