On November 1st your monthly strata fees were scheduled to be debited from your bank accounts and deposited into the Strata’s Coast Capital Savings bank account, however, our bank made an error and credited everyone’s personal bank accounts instead. This error has now been reversed. The bank is very apologetic and will cover any bank service charges that you may incur over this incident. Just let me know.
