As temperatures drop we have to be concerned that our outdoor faucets and pipes do not freeze and crack when the temperatures drop below 0*C.
To protect our community we ask that you:
1. Switch your sprinkler system to the “off” position.
2. Disconnect and drain outdoor hoses. Make sure nothing is connected to the “frost free” outdoor faucet – the one with the cap on top,
3.Turn off the water to the “non-frost free” outdoor faucets which are usually at the front of the units. The shut-off is either under the main bathroom vanity or in the laundry room near the hot water tank. When you have shut off the water, go outside and open the outdoor faucet to drain the line.
If you have difficulty and need a hand email Ron (unit 8) at ronlaroy@shaw.ca or Bob (unit 27) at robmat8@shaw.ca .
