I have been asked to send out a reminder that we do have a Lighthouse Landing Estates By-law about pets having to be leashed:

Section 31 (7) A Resident must keep their pet under control and on a leash or otherwise secured and under control when that pet is on the common property or the limited common property, excluding enclosed decks and porches, and shall be responsible for the removal of that animal’s feces from the common property or limited common property according to acceptable waste management practices.
