Work party to thin bulrushes in the first pond – POSTPONED

Hi all –

 

I regret I am postponing this work party.  Council needs to look at whether a permit is needed, which may depend on whether the pond is considered to be a “stream” or not.  So, we will look into this some more before deciding how to proceed.
