Sharon & I are planning to replace our hot water tank before the end of November and wonder if there are any other owners that may also be considering replacement.  Ours is 15 years old and well due.  If there are other owners considering replacement, there may be an opportunity of securing a deal, particularly in the delivery, installation and removal of same.  If interested, please let me know.
