Recently, a project was undertaken to see if owners were interested in replacing their hot water tanks.  Home insurance providers now evaluate the age of your tanks which will effect your rate or even if insurance will be offered.  Our Strata insurance provider required us to provide the “age of tanks” for our last renewal.

 

After analyzing all the information gathered, the best option comes from within.  Here it is:

–     40 gallon GSW with a 6 year warranty for $ 399.00 plus tax

–     40 gallon GSW with a 9 year warranty for $ 459.00 plus tax

Ron LaRoy will purchase, install and dispose of your old tank for a total price under $ 600.00, depending upon which tank is chosen and any extra parts needed.

Ron will require written approval to proceed with the purchase on your behalf and will need this prior to  December 9th in order to make the necessary arrangements since the tanks will need to be picked up by December 12. You will need to store your tank prior to installation as arranged with Ron.  

 

Ron is a certified plumber which is required for warranty purposes.
