Painting of phase 5 is to begin Tuesday Aug 2 2022. Units #25,26,27,28,29 and 30. The painting will be siding, trim, doors and garage doors. The painters have been pretty good at working around things but they may ask for the odd thing to be moved or trimmed. If there is a issue please contact me and we will work it out. Sorry about the late notice but they just informed me they were arriving.
