Hi all –
Just wanted to let everyone know that Dale Phillips Tree Service will be coming either tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday to start work on the removal of the several trees, including:
- one conifer behind unit #16, that is too close to the house, and
- several dead cottonwood trees between units 28 and 29.
I expect it will take about 2 days to get it all done.
I am not sure yet whether that work will begin tomorrow (Wednesday) or on Thursday. It depends on whether another job Dale was doing this week got finished today.
Dale has looked at the trees and knows which ones they are. I likely won’t be here right when they start if they start tomorrow morning, but I will be here by noon. And I will be around on Thursday morning.
If anyone wants some of the wood from those trees, you can come and get some. We just need to stay far out of the way during the time that Dale is cutting down the branches from the standing trees – and cutting down the tree trunks. Once the trees are cut down, I am sure Dale would welcome help to schlepp the wood to the truck and to the chipper! Who needs a gym workout, when you can do stuff like this eh? 🙂
