Hello everyone –
It has come to my attention that some people in the strata are talking to the various landscaping guys who come on Thursdays, with complaints. I would ask that if you have complaints about the mowing/landscaping, you talk with one of two people:
- me, as the landscaping person on strata council, or
- Rowan (the very tall very slim guy on the mowing crew), as it is his business now. He is very professional in his manner and approach to people and to what he is doing here, and has asked that people talk with him if they want to talk to one of the landscapers directly.
The mowing crew has been working hard for us this year. Rowan is doing a lot to get the whole process working smoothly, with two new people working with him. I think our strata looks good, and as the Landscaping person on strata I appreciate the good working relationship we have with this crew.
