Having explored numerous options, Extreme Eatz at Arrowsmith Golf Club has been booked for our 2024 Christmas Party on Sunday December 15, 2024. We chose a Sunday so those who work will be able to attend, and the location for its proximity.
I need your reply and payment by November 13 as this year a deposit is required to hold the reservation. We will be able to refund your money up until December 5th. After that date there will be no monies refunded.
Please send your full payment to treasurer@vis5801.ca.
The meal will be buffet style if we meet the required minimum of 24 persons. Below the minimum of 24 people the meal will become plate service. The menu and price for both are the same.
The menu is as follows:
Rosemary roasted turkey (white/dark meat)
Apple sage stuffing
Red skin garlic mashed potatoes
Seasonal Vegetables
Rosemary Gravy
Homemade cranberry sauce
Caesar and tossed salad
Assorted Christmas desserts
Coffee / tea
The cost is $40.00 per person, which includes the above menu, taxes and tip. Of course you buy your own booze. 😄
Hope to see you there.
