The strata council is engaging a company to perform dryer vent cleaning in the near future. This is done periodically for insurance reasons, and will be paid for by your strata corporation. The same company is offering the option of heating duct cleaning in units at the same time. This will be at the individual owner’s expense as it is not required for insurance reasons. Heating Duct Cleaning $470.00, Crawlspace access if required, add on $60.00, heating duct disinfection $70.00, bathroom fan cleaning $50.00. GST is applicable. (Discount of 10 to 15 percent available if the number of participants deems)
