Council has contracted with Oliver’s Power Vacuum to clean the dryer vents in ALL units, which will take place over a period of three days (TBD); this service is being paid for by the Strata Corporation.
Oliver’s Power Vacuum process begins from the outside of the exhaust vent, moving toward the appliance using a reverse blowing skipper head that effectively dislodges debris. The skipper pulls itself through the dryer duct while venting all the lint to the outside.
Heating Duct Cleaning—add on
During this time, Oliver’s Power Vacuum will also be cleaning the heating ducts of units who specifically request it, at the expense of the unit’s owner. If you have indicated that you would like to have your heating ducts cleaned, please contact Richard at Richard@oliverspowervacuum.ca to give him your contact info, so that he can get back to you to set up a date and time to carry out the heat duct cleaning in your unit and bill you directly for this service.
