This message is for owners of units with VINYL decks:
On the afternoon of Saturday, May 4th, two members of council ( Keith-Unit 13 and Peter-Unit 15) will be inspecting vinyl decks in the complex. They will be looking for lifting seams, railing attachments and possible leaks that may require maintenance. This action is preventative to ensure we get long life out of these assets.
If you do not have a vinyl deck on your unit, please ignore this message.
The team has asked that these members (Units 1, 6, 8 and 27) inspect their own decks for issues listed above and submit any concerns to Peter Williams at udvwilliam@shaw.ca . This will help speed up the process.
