Recently a concern was brought to council concerning some garden bushes growing close to a fireplace vent on one of the units. This was quickly addressed with the plants being cut back from the vent. Council would like all owners to check for plants growing near there fireplace vents and if the vegetation is closer than 60 cm cut it back to prevent any chance of a fire.
