As a way to keep insurance costs down, Strata Council will be having all dryer vents cleaned. In order to do this and receive accurate quotes we need to know how many dryers vent to the roof and how many vent to the side of residences. Homes that have the dryers backing onto an outside wall will generally be vented through the outside wall where you will see the vent. If your dryer backs onto an inside wall it will vent to the roof.
Please send an email, BEFORE FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH, with your unit number and the words “roof” or “side” depending on the location of your vent.
