Hello Residents,
Just a friendly reminder the cool nights are coming. Don’t forget to turn off your outside water taps from inside and unhook your hoses to reduce unnecessary water damage from freezing. Also anyone with a vinyl deck, I will be doing an inspection on Wed Oct 13 looking for leaks and rot. This will be done 9-12 pm. This will become a twice yearly project. As most of you have heard we found a deck in very serious condition of collapse. Moving forward doing regular inspections hopefully we can catch these issues before they become dangerous and costly.
