As you are all aware the roads are snowy and icy. This email is to bring to your attention a particularly bad icy spot in front of unit #25. Anyone who walks past unit #25’s driveway on a regular basis knows that there is often a large puddle in the road. Well that puddle has frozen, so please be especially careful in that area. One resident has already had a nasty fall there.
