Spring is springing! Mowing will soon begin…

Hello all –

Yes indeed, perhaps the snow is behind us, which means growing fresh green-ness is ahead of us. 

And, mowing will start in March. Here are some things to please note:

• Paul plans to mow on Mondays and Tuesdays, weather permitting.
• At the start of the season, mowing will likely be “all over the place” in terms of which day of the week, as weather is not as predictable, and the grass is much easier to cut on dry days. 
• Please pick up your dog’s “droppings”, each time before Paul comes to mow.
• When you start up your sprinklers, PLEASE DON’T WATER YOUR GRASS ON SUNDAY OR MONDAY NIGHTS. The grass is much harder to mow when it is wet.
• Aeration will be in the spring. Paul will let us know when, so that we can get out and mark all the sprinkler heads before that happens.
• WeedMan will come as they did last year, for weed control and fertilizer.  Paul will notify me when they are coming, and I will let you all know.
• Hedges will be trimmed further into the season.
