To have a full strata council we require 3 more volunteers. We realize that the majority of you have been on council before, but we are only 30 units and with 7 people on each years council we are going to have to be good corporate citizens and recycle our strata council members. If you have not been on strata for a long time please consider having your name stand for this years council.
I would also like to note that you do not need to be in residence to be the secretary. Since all meetings are done by zoom and the majority of correspondence is done by email absentee owners can hold this position and in the process learn more about their strata.
