Since we’re all getting together for the pig roast organized by Ron and Heidi Hunter on October 19th, it’s a perfect opportunity to say our farewells (sadly) to Keith and Brenda.

p.s. if you want to take part in the pig roast, please remember to email Heidi and Ron no later than October 7, at tbd995@telus.net to let them know. The cost will be $5 per person. You can bring a couple of guests if you like. Ron and Heidi need to know the number of people by October 7 so that the butcher knows what size pig is needed.
(By the way, you are also very welcome to come for the potluck and farewell and social time, without taking part in the pig roast, if that is what you prefer.)
p.s.p.s. I initially mistakenly said that the guy from Hilliers Gourmet Foods was going to be the “master roaster” in addition to bringing all the stuff out here for us. In fact, it is Ron Hunter who will be the “master roaster”. Thanks Ron!
