Hi Strata Owners –
This coming Sunday is the strata pig roast and potluck!
This is a Strata event, anyone can come and help with cooking, cutting and serving.
It will be up at the Upper Pond. Tents will be set up beforehand. We have arranged, thanks to Emma, a “Plan B” if (the weather doesn’t cooperate) at the Bowser Legion for a cost of $180.00.
Aiming for 2:00 p.m. “ish” as the serving time for the roast and food. Albert (from Hilliers Gourmet Foods) will bring the roaster around 9 a.m. for setup etc.
* A friendly reminder to everyone to BYOB, chairs, plates & cutlery and your pot luck dish, etc. *
