Update on the timing for the Pig Roast on Sunday, April 26th.
Albert from Hilliers Gourmet Foods will deliver the roaster & the prepped Pig around 11:00 am. It will take roughly five (5) hours to cook, followed by carving.
Dinner will be approximately 5 PM. You & your guests are welcome to come check out the process throughout the day.
Owners & guests are reminded that this is a Potluck event, and to please bring your chairs, drinks, utensils & plates.
