Trevor Barter Roofing, the company that we selected to reroof three of our buildings, will be starting work on Monday, July 20 at 7:30 am. They will be in the complex for the next three weeks or so working on units 1-2, 9-10, and 21-22. They may work on the weekends.
There will be a dumpster in the driveway of the building being worked on, as well as a tool trailer parked nearby. A porta-potty will be located near our utility shed, and the roofing crew will park their vehicles in the lower pond parking lot.
Thank you for your patience as the work is carried out. If you have a problem with the roofers, please do not confront them, just let council know.
