Hi all –
I wanted to let you all know that the bucket truck and workers from Clean Cuts Tree Services are likely to be on our property today and tomorrow (by the shed) as part of their work to take down the tall evergreens across the fence from us there.
Our neighbours across the fence, by the shed, have a row of tall evergreens that they are having Clean Cuts Tree Service take down today and tomorrow.
They have asked us for permission for Clean Cuts to bring their bucket truck onto our property to do some work from our side (taking down branches that are overhanging our fence, etc.)
Those trees, if not cut, could damage our fence, and could also grow much taller than they currently are and thus become a hazard for buildings on our side.
LLE Council has given them permission to come onto our property to do that work.
thanks –
Violet (LLE Council, Landscaping)
p.s. A bit of interesting trivia: I found it interesting to learn that those trees, Cypress Leylandi, are the same as what most of our hedges are – this is why the hedges require trimming! Apparently they could grow almost twice as high as the ones across the fence are, if left to grow to full height.
