Hi Owners –
The ditch cleaning work party that I had scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, October 10) is postponed to Wednesday (October 11) instead, due to the rain forecast for tomorrow.
The weather for Wednesday looks better, and thus more inspiring! (And – the wasps should be pretty well gone by now!)
So the new date and time for the ditch work party is:
This week Wednesday, October 11, at 9 a.m.
We will meet by the lower pond. Please bring clippers, gloves, and a wheelbarrow if you have one. Wear clothes that can get grubby. 🙂
If we have enough time and enough people, it would be great to cut out the blackberry bushes and cut back some of shrubs and trees around lower pond as well.
Cleaning out the ditch is important to help the water flow well and thus drain well through the strata property.
Thanks very much for coming out to help if you can!
Violet (member of the strata’s Landscaping Committee)
