At our last strata council meeting, Council decided to put up signage in the hope it would deter people, who do not belong on our property, from trespassing and also to reduce the potential for theft or vandalism in the RV storage area, which we have not experienced to date, that I am aware of. The first sign to arrive has been placed at the entrance to the RV area.
This location may not be where it will be permanently placed but, without having a post in place to affix it to, this was thought to be the best prominent and visible location as installing a post could get in the way of RV/boat trailer traffic going in and out.
Although the sign says activities in that area are monitored, please be assured they are not. The sign is simply meant to be a deterrent.
