The budget passed at the last AGM included a 26 cent drop in your monthly condo fees. Our strata management company did not act on this change until it was pointed out to them in November. Therefore you will see that the amount of your automatically debited condo fees on December 1, 2017 was $1.30 less than the previous months. This is to reimburse you for the overcharge for the last four months, plus the reduction for December. Going forward your monthly condo fee should match the amount that was voted on at the AGM (and is listed as part of the AGM Minutes). That amount should be 26 cents less than previous months.
