Sprinkler Blow out

Hello owners,


It’s that time of year again so I am setting up a work party to do the sprinkler system blowout on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2021 .

This is the plan:

All owners, in advance of that day, please ensure that all plants are trimmed back from your two green sprinkler valve boxes in your garden area.

I will have the rented compressor here at approx 08:30 am.

Based on previous experience, we will need the following:

Three (3) teams for the following 2 hour shifts:

    * 08:30 hrs. – 1030 hrs.
    * 10:30 hrs. – 1230 hrs.; and
    * 12:30 pm – finish.



For each team we will need:

    * 1 compressor operator
    * 1 person to hook up the compressor air line to the sprinkler zones at each unit; and
    * 3 people spotting to let the compressor operator know when there is no more water being blown out.
