Through the painting process this year a couple of items were brought to our attention.
In each of these cases if the items are not attended to and kept up, by each owner, it will incur an unwanted expense.
- The vegetation up against the units is now causing or inevitably will cause rot. Please remove all vegetation that is touching your unit. If you are unable to do so please let council know and we will make arrangements to have it removed.
- There are a number of black painted windowsills that are in need of cleaning, again in order to stop the progression of rot. Kindly check around your windows and clean the sills if they are in need of it.
One final item. Even though it is not a nice thought, winter is on its way. Please turn off your outside water.
