Dear Strata residents –
Paul is out mowing weekly now, doing a great job to keep our lawns looking really good. Here are some reminders for what WE need to do to help with that:
- Paul plans to mow on Mondays and Tuesdays, weather permitting. Please clear stuff up off the ground and prepare the area around your unit for that, so that it is easy for him to mow.
- Please remember that it’s the responsibility of each pet owner to clean up after their pet. This includes being sure to pick up all of your pet’s “droppings”, each time before Paul comes to mow. (Please note that if there are “nuggets” on the grass around your unit, Paul won’t mow there. It’s not part of our deal with him for him to pick those up, or for him to have to clean that stuff off his equipment.)
- And – when you start up your sprinklers, PLEASE DON’T WATER YOUR GRASS ON SUNDAY OR MONDAY NIGHTS. The grass is much harder to mow when it is wet.

Also, please do not encourage feral or stray cats (or any other animals) onto our property by feeding them, not only because of the poop, but also because of the birds they kill. If you have a cat, please be sure to have a litter box, and also clean up after your cat if it goes out.
