Thanks to everyone who put flags out by your sprinklers in advance of the aeration service that will be happening tomorrow – much appreciated!
Paul, Bucky and I went out this afternoon to put flags out on lawns not yet marked, and we also added a few here and there to show that areas had been flagged.
WeedMan has suggested that lawns be watered prior to the aeration service. So, if you want to, please water your lawns this evening/tonight or tomorrow morning early.
A reminder: for concerns related to a strata-contracted landscaping service or a strata landscaping matter, the procedure is to send in a “Landscaping Issues and Landscaping Maintenance Request Form” to Council, and then a Strata Council person will address the concern. Please don’t argue directly with the person providing the service – send in your concern to the Strata Council instead. Thanks! Once the aeration service has happened, please take out the flags around your place and put them back in the shed. Much appreciated!

p.s. On another topic: If you know of and would recommend a local “Irrigation expert” person or company who can do professional work on our irrigation system, please let me know. We are looking into finding a good person or a company that can come do a “tune up” on our strata irrigation system and who can come fix/trouble shoot things that are beyond our capability/skill level here within the strata. Thanks!
