Hello Unit owners as a courtesy from Maintenance:
We are having our Propane Fireplace serviced on late Monday afternoon. I have made arrangements with the fellow that if owners contact me, I will pass on their information to the fellow and then he can contact them to make arrangements for servicing at a future date. The company is Oceanside Gas and he has done servicing in here before with some of the units.
He said that if he gets about 8 or more units, he can give us all a better price than if we were arranging for him to come out individually.
