As you know monthly strata fees went up this year between $12 and $23 per month per unit. Because the AGM was at the end of August, last year’s lower amount was automatically deducted from your bank accounts in August and September. Bayview has informed me that on October 1 this year’s monthly fees plus the amount missing from the previous two months will be deducted. This means that, depending on your unit, your October monthly payment will be between $36 and $70 higher than last month.
