This year, after reviewing our options, Council chose to switch our strata insurance policies to Waypoint Insurance. They offered us comprehensive insurance coverage at a competitive price. Waypoint BONUS for owners
Waypoint offers all owner-occupied unit owners a 10% discount on their condo homeowner policies if placed through Waypoint and so long as Strata policies are also placed through Waypoint.
If any units owners already have their condo homeowner policies through Waypoint, contact our agent Lesley Brown and she will the ensure that the discount gets added to your policy effective 1st December. It will be prorated for this year and the discount will automatically be deducted each subsequent year that you and the strata continue to place our policies through Waypoint.
