Our multi-talented maintenance person, Dave Milligan, has decided to step back from doing odd jobs here at Lighthouse Landing Estates. Therefore, we are looking for someone to fill his boots–so to speak. The maintenance contract pays $25/hour on Council pre-approved projects as required. Dave has kindly offered to assist the new person as needed.
