Hello Owners of Lighthouse Landing Estates,
It’s fast approaching that time of year to winterize the sprinkler system. With that in mind I have booked the compressor for October 6, 8am-4pm. We will need lots of help that day, so if you’re available, please consider lending a hand for a few hours.
I have heard from a number of people so far, and they have made their preferences known;
Violet – Afternoon shift
John – Afternoon shift
Gil – Afternoon shift
Ernie – Morning shift
Larry – Morning shift
Once I’ve heard from more of you (email me at ronlaroy@shaw.ca ) , I will put out an actual time schedule, and list of duties. If you’ve never done this before, don’t worry, it’s mostly just watching the systems to ensure they are free of water.
*PLEASE NOTE, Every homeowner is required to ensure that the vegetation that may have covered over the GREEN IRRIGATION BOXES in their front gardens is CUT BACK to allow the volunteers to access your specific system. If you don’t know where these boxes are, ask your neighbours. Also note, that ALL furniture must be moved away from your irrigation boxes for the same reason.
