Hi all –
I think Emma sent out a note or posted on our FaceBook page about this a few days ago, but I thought I would send this out again today. Here is the notice that I found online from the RDN about garbage collection for our neighbourhood today. Note that they will be picking up garbage and recycling today, and no compost/food waste:
Winter Weather Advisory – Revised Schedule
If we missed your regular scheduled collection on Friday, December 2, we will be collecting both Garbage and Recycling on Friday, December 9.
The affected areas missed on Dec. 2 include: Electoral Area E – Madrona, Rocking Horse; Electoral Area F – Meadowood; Electoral Area G – Little Qualicum, Dashwood, to the south of Qualicum Beach; and, the entire service area within Electoral Area H.
The collection of food waste for these affected areas will resume on Friday, December 16 under the regular collection schedule.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
