Our strata is in need of a Maintenance Coordinator to join Council. The purpose of this position is to oversee maintenance within the strata. It is an administrative and organizational position, not someone to do the hands-on maintenance work, but to coordinator our team of maintenance volunteers and to hire and oversee contractors as needed.
