Thanks to everyone for participating in this year’s AGM, either in person or via proxy. We received a unanimous vote on Resolution H.3. which will allow the Strata to assess special levies for projects associated with the Contingency Reserve Fund through equal payments from all units.
Resolution H.4. to replace three more roofs in the 2026-27 fiscal year, primarily by special levy, also passed. Info on how that will work will be sent out in the next few days.
