Like the last pig roast, they arranged for the roasting equipment & pig through Albert at Hilliers Gourmet Foods. Timing will be late afternoon again.
This will be a potluck event where everyone attending can bring salads, condiments, buns, desserts, etc. As usual, bring your own cutlery, plate, drinks & chair.
If you are inviting additional guests please include them in the total number of attendees from your unit along with the payment.
Heidi & Ron require confirmation of the number of attendees no later than October 14 . This is so Ron can order the correct size of pig for the event based on the # of people attending.
Cost is $10.00 per person. All proceeds will go to HIlliers Gourmet Foods to cover the cost of pig preparation, roasting equipment, and equipment delivery and pickup.
Please pay Ron or Heidi with cash on or before the event.
