Council has agreed to renew our landscaping contract with Parker Landscaping for 2027.
Paul has offered us two scheduling options with two different prices. Please review the options and let Council know your opinion.
Option 1: Same lawn care as the last 3 years.
- March 1-October 31.
- Service ends Oct 31; no final leaves picked up after Oct 31.
Price for service: $39,000 plus GST 5%-$1950=$42,900.
Option 2: Same lawn care as the last 3 years, except the following;
- April 1-October 31 (1 month later start).
- Trim every SECOND WEEK (lawn still gets cut every week just no trim).
- Service ends Oct 31; no leaves picked up after Oct 31.
Note: As we can not predict the weather and we have a super mild winter the lawn may need to be cut in March some time. If that is needed and agreed to by both parties, the cost would be $700 per cut needed in March.
Price for service: $31,000 plus GST 5%-$1550=$32,550.
