This note is being sent to all units of Lighthouse Landing. It concerns our waste water management System.
As we get into winter our waste water management system is more susceptible to encountering problems. There is a red light on the grey enclosure within the kiosk across the street from Units 3/4. This light will flash should there be an internal problem with the system. The flashing light is accompanied by an intermittent buzzer. The alarms signify high and low pit levels as well as pump failures so it is important that someone responds when these conditions occur.
There are six LLE members on the Waste Water Management Subcommittee and one or more of them should be contacted should the alarm come on.
The members of the subcommittee are:
- Hugh Jackson Unit 20 – 250-757-9332
- Adrian Johnston Unit 29 – 306-716-4115
- Vance Johnston Unit 26 – 778-424-8371
- Rick Saby Unit 14 – 250-465-1874
- Ted Seaman Unit 1 – 250-757-9863
- Tom Tryon Unit 23 – 250-757-9191
I hope we have a great holiday period with no flashing lights.
Thank you
Ted Seaman
PS – I will be in Alberta Dec 16 to Jan 8
