Thank you to all of those who have completed the Owners Information Form, however I have received a number that are blank. (I will email each person individually)
I believe the problem arrives with the form not being saved on your personal device.
If you do the following, the information that you input should be saved.
- Download the form and save it to your computer or tablet.
- THEN complete the form.
- Using the ‘save as’ option, add your unit number to the file name.
- Then email the saved form to me.
